The Weeping Tree
Standing as a forlorn majestic figure
With countless sorrows to unfold
And yet difficult to do so
As I live and breathe but no soul
What a shame those countless souls
Driving as if there is no tomorrow
Puffing and polluting with no moral
This is our world please remember
Why abandon me when I am old
Dry , bald, withered and malnourished
Weeping silently and in great pain
Why are you so cruel
Though a dumb I seem to be and yet
Without me this world becomes topsy-turvy
You better believe me what you see
Flashfloods, storms, droughts and tsunami
